One organization bridging this gap is MOPS International. MOPS reaches moms so no mom is alone. Families, churches and communities are changed through the power of MOPS. Whether you are a soon-to-be mom, first-time mom, foster mom, stepmom or any other type of mom, you are welcome at a MOPS gathering.
The whole goal of MOPS is to build community. MOPS connects women and gives them the experience of intentional, genuine community, personal growth and Jesus love.

God led me to start a MOPS group for Teen moms after having been in leadership in a regular MOPS group. We’ve had ups and downs over the past year but have been amazed at God’s faithfulness and provisions. We recently had 2 moms decide that they needed to change their lives and the lives of their families. They invited Christ to be part of their lives and presented the truth to their boyfriends. They now attend churches (with their boyfriends and babies) and a Bible study together. They are drinking in God’s Word and growing in leaps and bounds. MOPS has deeply impacted their eternity and their legacy. I am proud and humbled to be part of such a group!

I came to Christ through MOPS! MOPS is a loving, safe place where moms can experience hope and joy through fellowship and lifestyle evangelism. When I moved away to a small town that didn’t have a MOPS group, I felt God’s call for me to start one. After much prayer and with the support of my Pastor we are now starting our own group. I can’t think of anything else that brings me more excitement and joy than sharing the light that MOPS has given me. Thank you for your great vision!
