24-Hour Crisis Line: 866-427-4747
Call this number for any crisis, any time! If you or a loved one are experiencing anxiety, loneliness, depression, suicidal thoughts, health concerns, the loss of a job, domestic abuse, substance abuse, or any mental health symptoms and don’t know what to do, the 24-hour crisis line can assess whether you or your loved one need professional consultation and connect you with appropriate services. They are a primary source for linking residents to emergency mental health services in King, Pierce, Clark, Skamania, Klickitat, Grant, Okanogan, Chelan, and Douglas Counties.

No issue is too big or too small to call this number; you’ll be connected with another teen who can listen and help. This number is for teens age 13-19 and is available Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm and Saturday-Sunday 6pm-10pm. Texting and online chat are also available during these times! WA Warm Line: 800-577-9276 (800-577-WARM)
If you are a veteran or you need to have a longer conversation about mental health or emotional challenges, the volunteers who staff this line will understand. They all have special training and lived experience with mental and emotional health challenges. They will have a deep understanding of what you are going through and can provide support, comfort, and information. All calls are confidential and they accept calls Monday-Thursday 5pm-9pm and Friday-Sunday 12:30pm-9pm.
King County 2-1-1
Just dial 2-1-1 from your phone Monday-Friday 8am-6pm if you don’t know where to start. They can point you to resources to help with housing/rental support, legal aid, healthcare resources, financial issues, domestic violence help, educational resources, transportation assistance, or the location of your nearest food bank. Texting is also available (Monday-Friday 9am-4pm), and you can search for resources 24/7 on their website.
WA Recovery Helpline: 866-789-1511
The Washington Recovery Help Line is an anonymous and confidential help line that provides crisis intervention and referral services for Washington State residents. Professionally trained volunteers and staff are available to provide emotional support 24 hours a day, and offer local treatment resources for substance abuse, problem gambling and mental health as well as to other community services.
