Whether you are hosting a 4th of July party or have been asked to bring something to celebrate with friends and family, this snack platter is a must. The only thing easier would be to buy a pre-made platter. But why do that when this will take you a matter of minutes and is sure to actually get eaten versus sitting there waiting for the flies to eat it. It is a great festive centerpiece for the food table too.
Here is what you will need:
Rectangle cutting board or platter. You could really use any shape and stick with the color theme.
Red fruit/veggie- I use strawberries and baby tomatoes
White chocolate covered pretzels- or any white snack food
Blue fruit/veggie- I use blueberries
Here is a quick tutorial of how to put it together:
Have a fun and safe 4th of July!
