Peanut butter has so many uses. Of course, we know the traditional peanut butter and jelly sandwich, but did you know these interesting ways you can use peanut butter?
Feed the Hungry With a Donation– We are teaming up with NW Ford Dealers to Fight Child Hunger in the Seattle Area. A jar of peanut butter is all it takes. Throw an extra jar in your grocery cart and bring it to your local Frod Dealer the week of May 14th. You can also donate at fordfeedskids.org to donate to the food bank of your choice.
Put it with chocolate. Just yes. All the time. Yes. In Any way. On a spoon. In a peanut butter cup. In ice cream. Just yes.
Ants on a log. Remember this one from your childhood? Great for kids and easy to make!
Shave. Right now you are thinking…WHAT? But, it is true. There are a lot of moisturizing properties in peanut butter and it can make a great shaving cream.
Fix a CD. This is really strange but you can rub PB on a CD to fix a scratch.
Cooking Odors Be Gone. Use a little PB in the pan with your fish or other stinky dishes and you’ll find you have less smells in your house.
Rid yourself of ants. Use peanut butter as bait and catch those ants. Eeew.
Removing gum from hair. Have your kids done this yet? Well, have some peanut butter handy for gum removal when it does.
Fix a squeaky door. The oils act as a lubricant and can get that squeak right out. Goodbye WD-40!
Give pets their medicine easier. Add a little PB the next time you need to give your dog some meds and they’ll be much happier!
