Holy and Gracious Father,
Today I bring my children to you by name _______________________. I believe that you are a good and righteous Father who delights in bringing good gifts to your children (Matt 7:11). God you know that this is true for me also. God would you shower my kids with these specific gifts _______________________________________ (pray boldly for one or two extravagant request for each of your children. Be audacious in asking!). Today I pray that they would come to know you in a deeper way and that all of them might be saved! God, would you allow them to grow not only in grace, but in faithfulness? Would you protect them from the evils of this world from a young age and would you release all the prayers that I have prayed for them in the past into their lives now! I pray that they would always walk towards the light and flee from darkness. Give them purity, humility and faith.
I also ask now God that you would provide others besides me to come alongside of them. Give them friends who know you and offer wise counsel. Would you break the following chains in their lives _______________________________ (Write down anything that you feel has a hold on your child.)
I also ask now for favor over my children. Bless them now with courage, righteousness, freedom and truth. Bless them with discernment and character. I bind any work of the enemy over them in the name of Jesus and stand in the gap for my children. Dear God, release your power, provision and protection over my children now and in the mighty name of Jesus!
