Get ready for the easiest, yummiest recipe you’ll make this winter… my dear friend Katie’s chicken chili! Enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 3 cans of Great Northern Beans
- 1 lb cooked chicken (I used a rotisserie)
- 32 oz medium salsa (or •hot salsa if you like!)
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 bag of Monterey Jack with jalapeño shredded cheese
- 16 oz chicken broth
Toss all the ingredients in a big pot on the stove and let it cook for about 30 minutes. YUM!
Top with sour cream and Fritos!
