Are you the parent of a special needs child? We know that it can be challenging going new places when new sights and sounds are startling. Evergreen State Fair has a Morning of Dreams event happening just for families with special needs children. It’s a great event if you have a child with sensory issues so you can still experience the fair but in a much calmer setting.
The Morning of Dreams event will take place August 29th from 9am – 11am and you do need to purchase a ticket to participate. You can do so at the Evergreen State Fair Website.
We are so grateful to Evergreen State Fair for making this available. A mom simply sent them a Facebook message one day asking them if this type of event would be possible and they said yes. Last year was the first year they did this event and this year it returns and doubles in size!
