Beyond things like great benefits, what are the top things you value in a workplace? For me it’s things like trust, care, flexibility and respect. I think I would be miserable in a job where my leadership team didn’t trust me or didn’t show me the respect and care I deserve as a person. I was in a meeting discussing workplace culture when it hit me. I don’t treat my household the same way I treat my coworkers.
