Well, if you haven’t noticed, summer is here. Nothing like a warm day to make me think about how I wish I had perhaps focused a bit more on certain toning exercises in the winter and spring months. This week, I want to share with you a few strength/toning/cardio moves that are easy to remember and do-able at any fitness level! Save this routine on your phone so you’ve got it at your fingertips when you’re ready to give it a try!
DO THIS 4 TIMES (beginners, start with 1x!)
- 50 Jumping Jacks (non jumpers, tap one leg out to the side and then the other)
- 15 Pushups (knees or toes)
- 20 Crunches (Advanced- get your shoulder blades all the way off the floor!)
- 20 Squats (Advanced-try holding weights or turn them into a jumping squat)
- Be proud!
