Most families don’t have the luxury of enjoying a meal together in the morning, so most of us are missing out on a whole category of amazing meals. Opting for breakfast for dinner one or two times a week can really inspire some creativity in the kitchen – plus, kids love it!
Another huge benefit is that breakfast dishes tend to cook up really quickly so they’re perfect to throw together at the end of a busy day.

While they’re baking, scramble some eggs stove-top and you’ve got a complete meal to serve to your family.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 C Bisquick Pancake & Baking Mix
- 2/3 C milk
- 8 Hempler’s breakfast link sausages, cooked
- syrup (optional, for dipping)
Instructions:
- Combine Bisquick & milk. Don’t over-mix or your biscuits will be tough.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up. Spread biscuit mix in an oblong shape the length of a sausage. Repeat, making 8 sausage “beds” on your baking sheet.
- Place one sausage on each section of biscuit mix.
- Put biscuit mix on top of each sausage.
- Using your fingers, spread the biscuit mix until the sausage is completely encased. (Tip: This works best if your fingers are wet. Place a small dish of water next to your work station.)
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 450 degrees, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with syrup for dipping.
